The Method

Four Phases.
One Athlete.

Speed is a stack. Skip a phase and the whole tower leaks. Every Speed Surgeon program moves through the same four phases in the same order — because the science says so, and because it works.

01
Mechanics

Own the positions. Wall drills, A-skips, ankle dribbles. Every stride is a controlled fall — we rewire your default posture first.

Ribs down. Ankle stiff. Punch the ground.
02
Acceleration

Angles that translate. Wall drives, resisted starts, 10-yard bursts. Learn to push the earth backward, not step over it.

Chest down. Arms rip. Don't stand up.
03
Max Velocity

Turnover on rails. Wicket runs, flying 20s, bounding. Unlocks elastic gears you didn't know you had.

Front-side. Relax the face. Step over.
04
Sport-Specific Speed

Speed that shows up on tape. Route mechanics, cuts, tempo runs, competition prep. Lab becomes game.

Sink hips. Plant outside. Exit at top.

The Sprint Chassis

Elite sprinters share the same three joint angles. We spend Phase 1 building them until they're automatic.

Ankle
Stiff · dorsiflexed

Toe pulled up. Bounces off the shoelace, not the arch.

Hip
Stacked

Under the shoulder. Glutes on. No collapse at the pelvis.

Shoulder
Tall

Chin neutral. Arms drive from the shoulder, not the elbow.
